Kevin S. Jaros
Kevin Jaros is an Associate Attorney at PJI Law. After graduating with a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Mr. Jaros obtained his Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law, and is currently admitted to practice in all Virginia state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Mr. Jaros has extensive experience helping businesses with matters ranging from business transactional work to litigating a wide variety of business disputes, with a particular emphasis on assisting small businesses. He has additionally represented numerous individuals and businesses with the collection of past due funds stemming from business agreements, promissory notes and commercial credit accounts, both in filing suit and obtaining judgment, and in post-judgment enforcement actions. Mr. Jaros understands that many clients are best served through the successful negotiation of a settlement, and he draws upon his knowledge and experience to help clients understand and choose the most effective and efficient course of action.
In addition, Mr. Jaros serves clients in commercial and residential landlord and tenant law, real estate, corporate formation and governance, employment matters and business torts.
