Amyla
Case Coordinator
Amyla was raised with a strong emphasis on the principles of diligence, integrity, and aspiration. From as early as ninth grade, she had a steadfast ambition to pursue a career in law, a determination that was further solidified during a visit to the Virginia Supreme Court in her sophomore year, where she had the privilege of meeting Justice Cleo Powell. Her narrative served as a catalyst, reinforcing her resolve to tread the path of jurisprudence and aspire not only to become an attorney but also to ultimately become a Supreme Court Judge.
During her freshman year of college, she championed students’ rights, particularly advocating for the establishment of voting privileges on George Mason University’s campus. Prior to this, she had the opportunity to work at a family law firm, where she aided families and individuals navigate through their most challenging circumstances. These experiences have imbued her with an unwavering determination to redouble her efforts in serving others, and the ethos and guiding principles of PJI Law resonate deeply with her own personal mission to effect positive change.
During her free time she enjoys taking walks, thrifting, cuddling with her cat, reading, spending cherished moments with friends and family, and recently, she has picked up playing pickleball and tennis.
