Lead Case Manager
Casey grew up in a small town surrounded by friendly faces and a loving family, which helped her grow into the caring and compassionate person she is today. She has been able to put her giving attitude to use in her multiple years of experience in the customer service industry, providing customers with the guidance, communication and proactive assistance they need to have a wonderful experience.
Casey’s passion for service was furthered through her work as a Fellowship Organizer at a nonprofit, non-partisan organization, where she used one-on-one outreach to encourage and coach people to register to vote and to be more involved in their local government. Through her positive attitude and empathetic listening, Casey has assisted many people in making a real change, not only in their community, but also in their lives.
One of the most important mottos that guides Casey through life is to be kind to everyone you meet, as you never know what someone is going through. This motto is what motivates her to welcome and assist our clients with warmth and compassion every single time, no matter the difficulties or circumstances our clients are facing.
