As a third-generation lawyer, Austin has always had a keen interest and appreciation for the legal profession. Based on the excellent example his father set for him, he knew that despite their reputation in pop culture, a quality lawyer could provide immense value to their clients. While he explored some other ventures prior to law school, he ultimately chose to continue his family’s legacy of helping others and providing excellent legal services.

As an attorney, Austin is driven by his desire to alleviate the burdens that his clients face and to provide them with peace of mind. When Austin began his legal career, he started working at a small firm focusing mainly on family law and criminal law. Based on the nature of these practice areas, Austin quickly became adept at helping clients navigate through extremely stressful and emotional situations. While he gained invaluable experience working in these practice areas, he discovered they were not where his passions lay. Austin found that estate administration enabled him to help others through tough times, while avoiding the moral ambiguity sometimes found in other areas of law.

Through personal experience, Austin knows how difficult it is for friends and family during the final stages of a loved one’s life. When that loved one passes away, the last thing most people want to do is be tasked with the responsibility of administering their estate. The prospect of wading through Virginia’s complex probate process can seem daunting, if not impossible. However, Austin takes pride in being able to navigate his clients through difficult and complex situations.

Austin was born in Fairfax, and apart from his time away during college, he has lived in Northern Virginia his entire life. He loves the fact that Northern Virginia offers much of the opportunity you find in big cities but still usually allows you to find a parking spot. In his free time, Austin can be spotted on the golf course or at a local brewery.
